2. Quote Requests & Orders
- Submitting a quote request does not constitute a confirmed order.
- All quotes are subject to stock availability and confirmation by Hygiene Extract.
- Once a quote is accepted and payment or order confirmation is received, the order will be processed.
- All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT at 15%.
- Hygiene Extract reserves the right to decline any quote request or order.
3. Accuracy of Information
- We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and images, but errors may occur. If a product is listed with incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
