Shipping Policy
At Hygiene Extract, we deliver PPE and occupational hygiene products nationwide across South Africa. Due to the nature of our products, all orders are processed on a quote basis and shipping costs are confirmed at the time of quoting.
Dispatch Times
- Orders confirmed and paid before 12:00 on a weekday are dispatched the same day where stock is available.
- Orders confirmed after 12:00 are dispatched the next working day.
- No dispatches are made on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Times (once dispatched)
- Standard delivery: 3–5 working days nationwide.
- Gauteng: typically 2–3 working days.
- Major centres: 3–4 working days.
- Outlying and rural areas: up to 5–7 working days.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated per order based on size, weight, and delivery location, and will be included in your quote.
- A flat rate of R150 applies to standard orders where applicable.
- Large or bulk orders may incur additional shipping charges which will be communicated upfront.
Important Notes
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier capacity or public holidays.
- Hygiene Extract is not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the order has been dispatched and tracking has been provided.
- You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
- Any delivery queries must be directed to us with your order number and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
